Salary range: $26.00 - $36.25 per hour

 

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Device Monitoring: Perform scheduled in-person and remote device checks, triaging daily alerts for timely resolution.
• Data Management: Process, document, and route diagnostic data to support clinical decision-making.
• Billing Accuracy: Ensure accurate entry of all charges and maintain complete diagnostic reports.
• Provider Collaboration: Maintain open communication with physicians regarding report findings, critical alerts, or clinical concerns.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Experience performing pacemaker and ICD checks—ideally using PaceMate—with the ability to accurately interpret device tracings.
• Experience performing remote and in person device checks is preferred in a clinic setting.
