This role strengthens governance, compliance, and operational integrity across Colleague Systems & Experience – Optimise. It ensures consistent delivery execution by supporting governance rhythms, maintaining quality artefacts, and driving visibility of risks, decisions, regulatory impacts and dependencies. The role supports Marc in governing the product landscape, engaging stakeholders that range from P&C Centres of Excellence, AI Squads to Market teams and the engagement of the Colleague Systems & Experience team and uplifting the value and benefit realisation communication and tracking.

• A clear, predictable governance environment where delivery activity is well‑structured, documented and aligned to the COO strategy.
• Improved transparency of risks, dependencies, regulatory impacts and decision‑making.
• Matured governance artefacts that meet audit expectations and align with the Product Model.
• Delivery teams supported with consistent frameworks that improve decision quality and accountability.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the management of the Colleague Systems & Experience agenda through strong relationships, aligning and empowering the team while actively orchestrating the work and managing the risks and dependencies across the wider team.
• Maintain governance cadences across Colleague Systems & Experience, ensuring material is complete, accurate and well‑prepared.
• Track and document risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across Digital Systems.
• Validate business requirements to ensure they meet compliance, audit, and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain structured, audit‑ready artefacts across delivery teams.
• Support governance uplift activities aligned to COO 2026 priorities (e.g. strengthening the control environment, optimising colleague systems, simplifying processes).
• Partner with delivery leaders to ensure product‑aligned execution and consistent governance practices.

Experience & Skills

• Have 12+ years experience
• Experience enabling product-based operating models, including product/portfolio governance, role clarity and execution rhythms across a global team
• Experience in governance, product delivery, or risk/compliance environments.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to produce audit‑ready material.
• Ability to coordinate delivery forums, governance meetings, and artefact quality.
• Understanding of Agile and the P&C Product Model desirable
