Account Executive - Low Voltage Security Systems (Springdale)

Digi Security Systems, the leading provider of low voltage security and life safety solutions in the Midwest, is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Springdale, AR! Digi brings decades of product knowledge and true partnership to Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. As an Account Manager, you will support our current partners and build new relationships across the Dallas/Fort Worth region, helping us extend the same world-class customer experience that has made us a trusted technology partner for schools, universities, state facilities, hospitals, and enterprises for more than 20 years. 

What you'll do:

• Support and grow relationships with existing partners while developing new business across Dallas, and support the broader Austin and San Antonio markets as needed
• Design and implement low voltage security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Data, VOI, and others) in partnership with clients across the Dallas region
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and coworkers, both verbally and in writing, as a core part of Digi's customer experience
• Deliver systems on time, on budget, and with technology that works, treating every partner as an extension of their organization
• Attend events and tradeshows as needed to grow the client base
• Work with extreme attention to detail as a self-starter, with compensation tied directly to your and your team's success

What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive knowledge and technical experience designing and implementing low voltage systems
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• A track record of working with integrity and full commitment to client partnerships
• Willingness to travel for events and tradeshows as needed
• A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
