A reliable, detail-oriented Uniform Attendant who ensures every team member looks polished and professional. You’ll manage the end-to-end uniform lifecycle—from issuing, labeling, and tracking to receiving, laundering coordination, light repairs, and returns—so our operations teams can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with Housekeeping/Laundry, HR, and department leaders to maintain inventory accuracy, support onboarding, and uphold cleanliness and presentation standards for all uniforms.
Who You Are:

Focused Organized and Systematic: You keep inventories accurate and processes on track.
Service Minded: You’re approachable and helpful when team members need assistance.
Dependable Teammate: You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments.
Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
Issue, receive, and track team member uniforms using established logs or systems; ensure proper labeling, sizing, and assignment by department and role.
Inspect incoming/outgoing uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and wear; route items for laundering, pressing, spot treatment, or light repairs as appropriate.
Perform basic mending (buttons, hems, minor seams) and coordinate with Laundry or outside vendors for more extensive alterations/repairs.
Maintain organized stockrooms/lockers; conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances; support month end reporting as needed.
Prepare uniform kits for new hires; collect, document, and process returns for separations and role changes.
Monitor par levels; place or assist with orders for replacements, specialty items, name tags, and accessories in alignment with brand standards.
Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and PPE protocols within the uniform room and laundry support areas.
Provide friendly, efficient service to team members for exchanges, sizing, and special requests; escalate guest facing uniform issues to leadership when necessary.
Coordinate with HR and department managers to align on policy updates, grooming standards, and uniform program changes.
Keep accurate records (issuance, repairs, losses, charges) and protect confidentiality of team member information.
Other Responsibilities:
Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and InvoTech preferred.
Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.
