G75 - Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and technical troubleshooting of existing production systems.

The role requires strong technical capabilities across backend development, APIs, system integration, and full-stack application development. The engineer will be expected to handle complex application and production issues while supporting enhancements to existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance existing production applications and systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and production issues.
• Analyse existing applications and assess technical approaches for system enhancements.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Support integration between applications, services, and external systems.
• Troubleshoot API, backend, application, and system integration issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions for production incidents.
• Implement application enhancements while maintaining system stability and existing functionality.
• Support application testing, deployment, production implementation, and post-deployment verification.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for application enhancements and issue resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support production systems and resolve technical issues when required.
• Maintain technical documentation relating to application enhancements, integrations, and system changes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack software development and production application support.
• Strong hands-on experience in backend development.
• Strong experience in API development and system integration.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing enterprise production applications.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and production environments.
• Good understanding of application architecture and system integration principles.
• Experience assessing technical requirements and implementing enhancements to existing systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle complex technical and production issues independently.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
