Wir haben eine spannende Chance für dich, als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SIFA) / Health & Safety Specialist Senior (w/m/d) Teil unseres Teams zu werden.
 

Deine Aufgaben:

• Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes

• Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Präventionsmaßnahmen

• Regelmäßige Begehungen von Betriebsstätten und Nachverfolgung von Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen

• Untersuchung und Auswertung von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Mitwirkung bei Unterweisungen, Schulungen und der Förderung einer starken Sicherheitskultur

• Unterstützung bei Projekten, Betriebsanweisungen und der Einführung sicherer Arbeitsverfahren

• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Behörden sowie Unfallversicherungsträgern

• Analyse von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Berichten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit

Was Du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SIFA) gemäß ASiG

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz, idealerweise in einem operativen Logistik- oder Industrieumfeld

• Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und sicherheitstechnischen Standards

• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Audits und Unfallanalysen

• Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Dokumentation und Reporting

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb des Betreuungsbereichs

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Occupational Safety Specialist (SIFA) / Health & Safety Specialist-Senior (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Advising managers and employees on all matters related to occupational safety and health

• Conducting risk assessments and assisting with the development and implementation of preventive measures

• Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring the implementation of occupational safety measures

• Investigating and evaluating workplace accidents and identifying appropriate corrective actions

• Participating in safety briefings, training sessions, and fostering a strong safety culture

• Supporting projects, developing operating procedures, and implementing safe work practices

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, government agencies, and workers’ compensation insurers

• Analysis of key performance indicators and preparation of reports to continuously improve workplace safety

What do you bring with you:

• Completed certification as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (SIFA) in accordance with the ASiG

• Several years of experience in occupational health and safety, ideally in an operational logistics or industrial setting

• Good knowledge of relevant occupational safety regulations and safety standards

• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and accident analyses

• Strong consulting and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently with managers and employees

• A structured and independent work style with a strong focus on finding solutions

• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as experience with documentation and reporting

• Good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as a willingness to travel within your assigned region
