We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team and support Xometry’s growth across international markets. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and build long-term partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses across industries such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and more.

How You’ll Contribute:
● Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management
● Achieve established sales plans and individual KPIs
● Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally
● Maintain effective communication with customers through calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms
● Maintain accurate and high-quality customer data in Salesforce
● Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement
● Monitor and follow up on customer payments
● Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities
● Identify and unlock new business opportunities through assigned and acquired customer accounts
● Represent Xometry professionally in communication with customers across various industries
What You’ll Bring to Xometry:
● Experience: First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
● Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Dutch or any Scandinavian language would be a plus.
● Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, negotiate, and achieve results
● Commercial Mindset: Ability to identify business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline
● Technical Mindset: Ability to quickly understand product specifics and communicate them effectively to customers
● Customer Focus: Strong social intelligence, empathy, and a customer-oriented communication style
● Personal Qualities: High level of responsibility, flexibility, determination, and motivation to grow
● International Experience: Experience living abroad is considered an advantage
● Location: Candidates must be located in Bulgaria
