Position Summary

Manufacturing role responsible for preparing, labeling, routing, installing, dressing, and securing cables within server racks and integrated systems in accordance with rack specifications and established quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures, instructions, and sequence of operations for cable preparation, labeling, routing, and installation.
  • Identify and label cables for rack specifications using approved cable-labeling equipment.
  • Cable racks and server components as assigned.
  • Route, dress, connect, and secure cables according to rack layouts and build documentation.
  • Verify cable labels, connections, and configurations before advancing the product.
  • Support rail installation, rack integration, packaging, and related production activities as required.
  • Follow ESD, safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Report material, configuration, or workmanship concerns to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow rack specifications and written or verbal instructions.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cable-preparation, electronics-assembly, or rack-integration experience.
  • Basic computer and scanning-equipment experience.

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

  • Standing may be continuous; manual dexterity is continuous.
  • Ability to perform repetitive cable-routing and material-handling activities within the assigned work area.
