Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and talented Emirati Graduate Engineers to join our Dubai, UAE team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their engineering careers, gain hands-on project experience, and contribute to impactful infrastructure and development projects while learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
Support engineering teams in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects.
Assist with engineering design, technical documentation, and project coordination activities.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support project objectives.
Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
Contribute to project planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
