Job Description Summary:
- Execute timely and accurate material handling for receiving, staging, and shipping to support manufacturing schedules.
- Operate forklifts and related equipment safely in compliance with all regulatory and internal safety standards.
- Coordinate transfers of raw materials from external warehouses to the production plant and stage ingredients for production lines.
- Verify the accuracy of documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, including inventory transaction recording.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical inventory and system data, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and waste reduction.
- Maintain cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance in designated work areas and with equipment standards.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain smooth workflow.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on forklifts and related equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Company safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, including computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to identify material and product defects through visual inspection.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English for operational instruction and documentation.
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving production or inventory-related issues promptly.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds combined with manual dexterity for equipment controls.
- Ability to work various shifts, extended hours, and weekends as operational needs require, including 12-hour shifts.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain focus while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, structured problem-solving, and process discipline.
- Provide training to strengthen technical expertise, inventory systems knowledge, and safety practices.

United States of America: 50,357 USD - 61,547 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
