Your role at Clorox:

This role will support to drive Ecommerce and Club channel growth through integrated business planning, commercialization, shopper marketing and activation strategies. Drive sustainable growth by translating consumer, shopper and market insights into channel plans and customer actions.

In this role, you will:

Develop Channel Growth Strategy Ans Execute Business Planning:

• Lead annual channel growth strategy and business planning for Ecommerce and Club channels.
• Develop growth building blocks and source-of-growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales teams to deliver sales, share and profit targets.
• Monitor channel performance through data-driven analysis.

Ecommerce & Club Channel Activation

• Lead key activation planning across Ecommerce and Club channels.
• Develop customer-specific activation and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing teams on channel execution and ROI delivery.

Customer & Shopper Marketing Leadership

• Develop shopper-centric plans based on consumer insights.

• Drive assortment optimization, bundling and channel-exclusive offerings.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve shopper conversion.

New Product Launch & Commercial Projects

• Support Channel to initiate new product launches based on shopper insight.
• Coordinate Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance to prepare sell-in materials and channel communication assets.
• Ensure successful commercialization and launch execution.

Trade Investment & Financial Management

• Manage annual channel investment budgets.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI.
• Support customer business planning and investment recommendations.

What we look for:

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven >5 years trade marketing experience in multinational FMCG company , preferably in headquarter trade marketing role or Ecommerce trade marketing role.
• Experience across both online and offline channels, with strong understanding of Ecommerce, Modern Trade, Club, or Omnichannel business models.
• Proven track record in business planning, channel activation, commercialization, or shopper marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience managing trade investments, promotion planning, or business performance tracking is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred.
