Overview
A strategic international search leader who combines global client consulting, advanced SEO/GEO expertise, operational excellence, innovation capability, and people leadership to manage complex multi-brand, multi-market organic search programs at scale
Responsibilities
International Search Strategy & Consulting - Own and shape search strategy across multiple markets x brands, while acting as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders. The candidate should be able to translate business objectives into scalable SEO and GEO strategies, manage market-specific nuances, influence senior stakeholders, and align local, regional, and global priorities (Experience managing multinational clients, multilingual websites, and cross-market governance models is critical).
SEO, GEO & AI Search Expertise - Possess deep expertise across traditional SEO and emerging AI Search disciplines. The candidate should understand technical SEO, content optimization, authority building, AI search ecosystems, prompt-driven discovery, citation visibility, and evolving search behaviors. They should be comfortable advising clients on how platforms such as AI-powered search experiences impact brand visibility and customer journeys, while developing frameworks to measure and improve performance.
Large-Scale Delivery & Ops Governance - Lead complex programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, agencies, and markets while maintaining quality, timelines, governance, and client satisfaction. The individual should be highly skilled in prioritization, escalation management, workflow optimization, reporting governance, and delivery oversight.
Leadership, Talent Development & Collaboration - Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering strong collaboration across functions, markets, and agency partners. The candidate should be able to mentor future leaders, create specialist capabilities, drive knowledge sharing, and establish themselves as a dependable senior point of contact internally and externally.
Qualifications
BE, B.Tech (or Equivalent Degrees) + MBA (preferred)
