We are seeking seasoned professional to lead our Distribution Center operation and interlock Global/Regional strategy with key actions. In close proximity with the boutiques, you will provide unsurpassed professional Supply Chain and Distribution service.

Warehouse Management

• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive team which can work towards the target, and to monitor the performance and productivity of the team in achieving the KPIs
• Effectively plan and execute all resource requirements ensuring that the right people, processes and equipment are in place to meet service levels and that productivity is maintained
• Ensure reasonable inventory level and healthy stock turnover for both merchandise and non-merchandise in the warehouse throughout the year proactively
• Maintain high levels of security in the stock handling areas, regular housekeeping and hold responsibility for Health & Safety in the warehouse and related external areas
• Prepare and analyze budgeting and cost reports for the team

 

Process Improvement

• Proactively work and lead the team to identify improvement opportunities, effectively apply any changes to warehouse processes and design in order to achieve improvements in operational performance
• Plan, coordinate and lead any other ad hoc supply chain projects, focusing on information technology, automation, e-commerce and omni-channels

 

People Management

• Motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce and provide proper coaching and focus staff development for the team
• Be proactive in approach to trouble shooting, problem solving and decision making during the daily distribution center operations

 

Leadership

• Promote the highest standards of inter and intra team communication, and to deliver operational and customer service excellence within own team and cross functionally
• Regularly report the Senior Manager, Distribution of key operational updates.

What you will bring:

• Relevant experience in supply chain and logistics operation, with multiple years at a managerial level
• Luxury retail supply chain experience is preferable
• University graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Management or related discipline
• Proficient in PC application including WMS, Email and MS Office
• Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
