Groundskeeper

• Turf Maintenance: Operate walking and riding mowers to cut greens, fairways, tees, and rough areas.
• Course Setup: Change hole cup locations, move tee markers, and empty course trash receptacles daily.
• Bunker Care: Rake, edge, weed, and maintain sand traps.
• Landscaping: Perform weed-eating, hedge trimming, tree trimming, hand-watering, and debris clearing.
• Equipment Safety: Safely operate and clean utility carts, tractors, and specialized turf equipment.
• Course Repairs: Assist with basic irrigation fixes, divot filling, and structural project support.

• Willingness to Learn: Prior landscaping or golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Early Riser: Must be dependable and available for early morning shifts to beat the Texas heat.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Driving: Valid driver's license preferred to safely operate course machinery on-site.
