From optimising customer journeys in Braze to partnering with major white-label banking partners, you'll play a key role in shaping how millions of customer interactions are delivered. If you're passionate about developing people, improving processes and using data to create exceptional customer experiences, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Office perks: Help yourself to free breakfast cereals, condiments, and coffee to fuel your workday. Our culture club provides opportunities for everyone whether you’re into fitness, pizza making classes, socialising or bringing out your competitive side in trivia or lawn bowls!
What you’ll be working on
Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle & Automation, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation. You'll oversee our Braze platform, manage the lifecycle communications calendar and guide a team of specialists to deliver high-quality customer experiences across email, push notifications and automated journeys. Working closely with Product, Data, Technology, Compliance and Marketing teams, you'll use customer insights, experimentation and AI to optimise campaigns, improve performance and support major Australian and New Zealand white-label partnerships.
What will help you be successful?
You'll thrive in this role if you're equally passionate about developing people and improving customer experiences. You're comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, enjoy solving complex problems and confidently build relationships across technical and commercial teams. You embrace change, know how to prioritise competing demands and are always looking for smarter ways to work.
You'll also bring:
Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or marketing automation within a B2C environment
Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven experience leading or mentoring high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across multiple business areas
A data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights to improve lifecycle performance
Experience working with customer data, segmentation and automated customer journeys
Experience within a regulated industry, ideally financial services or fintech, will be highly regarded
