Solution Delivery Consultant (Dec.26/May 27 Grads)

As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you'll help configure and implement Netsmart solutions while gaining hands-on experience with system builds, testing, data conversion, and troubleshooting. You'll work alongside clients and project teams to support implementations, improve workflows, communicate project updates, and build strong consulting and technical skills. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Solution Delivery Consultant:

As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you’ll join a supportive team where you’ll learn to configure Netsmart solutions in both pre-production and live environments. You’ll assist with system builds, testing, and data conversion using our implementation methodology, while gaining hands-on experience troubleshooting configurations to improve performance. You’ll participate in client meetings, contribute to internal process improvements, and begin analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization. You’ll communicate updates and challenges clearly to clients and project leads and start building strong relationships by navigating complex situations with professionalism. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who’s ready to grow their technical and consulting skills, document best practices, and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting or client-facing environment (internships count!)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Decision-making ability and comfort with ambiguity

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred

• Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions

• Familiarity with clinical, human services, long-term care, or senior living industries

Expectations

• Potential travel 20% of the time as needed

• Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
