Description
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for an Onsite E-Commerce Senior Specialist to join our Ecommerce team managing a new brand.
Born in Singapore and powered by Castlery, we’re here to disrupt the US market with a simple belief: good design shouldn’t come at a luxury price, and flat-packed furniture shouldn’t feel cheap or disposable. We create furniture combining smart design, quality materials, and a playful spirit to make style accessible to more homes.
Backed by Castlery's scale, with the pace and ownership of a smaller, growing team. You'll work closely with a lean, cross-border group across Singapore, the US, and Asia, with direct visibility into how your work moves the business
Success in this role shows up in site conversion rate, organic traffic growth, and on-time delivery of new site initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Site Merchandising & UX: Own the on-site shopping experience across collection, category, and product pages, resolving UX/UI issues with web ops so Category Growth's strategy executes well.
- Site Experience & Growth Initiatives: Scope and project-manage new site features and experiences as the brand grows – new modules, page types, layout overhauls – partnering with our tech team to plan, prioritize, and launch on time.
- SEO Support: Partner with our tech team on on-page SEO execution, including metadata, site structure, and internal linking, to support organic traffic and search visibility goals.
- Catalog Management: Keep product listings, pricing and promotions accurate and consistent.
- CRM & Lifecycle: Support email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, monitor CRM performance, and flag onsite personalization or segmentation opportunities that strengthen retention.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our tech, performance marketing, and content teams to keep site experience, campaigns, and content aligned.
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years in DTC e-commerce, with hands-on working experience with a Shopify storefront.
- Exposure to email marketing and/or CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical instincts, comfortable working with platform analytics tools, able to turn data into a clear action plan.
- Project management experience, able to plan and coordinate launches with technical teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business, or related field.
- Working knowledge of on-page or technical SEO is a bonus.
- A strong sense of ownership – comfortable taking a problem from diagnosis through to resolution.
- Clear, structured communication, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions.
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity as the brand and site evolve.
- Attention to detail and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams.
