Description
The HubSpot CRM & CMS Specialist will lead the hands-on execution of a client's HubSpot initiatives, including configuring and optimizing the CRM, managing data and integrations, building lists and automated workflows, supporting campaign deployment, and developing reporting dashboards. This individual will also play a key role in launching the client's website on HubSpot CMS—building and configuring pages and templates, migrating and validating content, implementing forms and tracking, supporting SEO requirements, conducting quality assurance, and resolving launch-related issues.
This is a high-touch role requiring close collaboration with multiple client stakeholders and technical, marketing, and creative partners.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with deep HubSpot expertise, strong communication and project-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and independently drive work from planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
Please note this is a contract position starting early October 2026 through end of March 2027, at 20 hours per week.
