About the role
As our Partnership Manager, you'll support the growth and success of LEGO League by serving as the primary point of contact for our Operational Partners across multiple countries. You will work with partners to strengthen their capability to deliver impactful STEM learning experiences while driving strategic planning, program implementation and growth. It is an opportunity to increase student reach, improve program quality, and create meaningful educational impact through collaboration with partners and colleagues across the LEGO Group.
Required Qualifications
Managed strategic partnerships within education, NGOs or comparable partner-led environment
Delivered commercial partnership management that supported measurable growth and performance outcomes
Built strategic plans and business development initiatives that translated into tangible results
Led operational improvement activities across partner programs or account portfolios
Translated business objectives into measurable outcomes through structured planning and execution
Contributed to operational excellence by implementing CRM platforms and worked with data driven partner management
Preferred Qualifications
Applied STEM education program experience to support program growth and partner management
Developed funding opportunities within non-profit or mission-driven organizations

Life on the team
You'll join the LEGO Education International team within the LEGO League Partnership Manager function. Together, we support Operational Partners around the world and share ideas, best practices, and growth strategies that help the program thrive. We work closely as a connected team and stay close to our LEGO Education colleagues through hybrid practices and a strong focus on collaboration, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, initiative, and continuous improvement. You'll have the chance to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful educational impact every day.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted partner to Operational Partners while helping them achieve establish LEGO League, achieve growth commitments, and greater impact for students. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team is focused on bringing the final FIRST LEGO League season to a strong close while launching LEGO League in collaboration with our Operational partners across more than 100 countries!
This means partner development, in-market collaboration between LEGO Education resellers and Operational partners, improved operational processes, and stronger pipeline management. You'll work closely with Operational Partners, LEGO Education colleagues, and cross-functional teams to help shape the future reach and quality of LEGO League programs.
