About the role
At IDX Victoria we are seeking an experienced full-time CT Regional Lead to provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers within the South region.
This role works both clinically and educationally, supporting new Radiographers, trainees, upskilling current CT staff, and helping optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols.
This is a full-time position primarily based at our Dandenong (negotiable other areas) clinic, with flexibility to travel to our other CT sites within the Region including Clayton, Springvale, Berwick, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston & Somerville.
Reporting to the CT Manager and Regional Manager, this role will actively contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives within the CT space. This includes assisting with equipment procurement, driving workflow improvements, supporting protocol enhancements, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise service delivery and clinical outcomes.
This role works closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists and relevant internal support teams to promote safe CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patient care.

To Be Successful You’ll Need
Minimum 5 years’ experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations
Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students
Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows
Ability to analyse CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements
Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor of Medical Imaging
AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence
Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
