As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. 

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Solution Architect with 11–15 years of SAP consulting and solution architecture experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Procurement and Inventory Management solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong business process knowledge, architecture expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience leading large-scale transformation programs. 

*Responsibilities: 

Solution Architecture & Design 

• Define and own SAP MM solution architecture aligned with business objectives. 

• Design end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes. 

• Develop scalable SAP solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA best practices. 

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide process improvement recommendations. 

• Create blueprint, functional specifications, architecture documents, and solution roadmaps. 

SAP MM Functional Leadership 

• Lead implementation and support activities across:  

• Purchasing 

• Procurement Lifecycle 

• Inventory Management 

• Material Master 

• Vendor Master 

• Valuation and Account Determination 

• Release Strategy and Workflow 

• Physical Inventory 

• Subcontracting 

• Consignment 

• Stock Transfers 

• Batch Management 

Integration Management 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrations between SAP MM and:  

• SAP SD 

• SAP PP 

• SAP EWM/WM 

• SAP QM 

• SAP FI/CO 

• SAP Ariba 

• SAP SRM 

• SAP IBP 

• Ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration. 

SAP S/4HANA Transformation 

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives. 

• Support Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid implementation approaches. 

• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori applications and best practices. 

• Guide business teams through process harmonization and simplification. 

Stakeholder & Project Management 

• Engage with business stakeholders, process owners, and leadership teams. 

• Conduct solution workshops and architecture reviews. 

• Provide effort estimation, project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation plans. 

• Mentor functional consultants and junior team members. 

Governance & Quality Assurance 

• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards. 

• Review functional specifications, test cases, and solution designs. 

• Support audit, compliance, and data governance initiatives. 

• Drive continuous process improvements and innovation.
