What will you be doing here?

La Asistente de Ventas de Natura es la responsable dar asistencia a los canales de
Consultoras de Beleeza cuando la Gerente de Negocios se encuentra de vacaciones o cuando el canal se encuentra temporalmente sin Gerente de Negocios.
Nos orientamos a una persona que cuente con excelentes relaciones interpersonales,
actitud emprendedora para formar y liderar equipos de ventas, empatía, orientación a
resultados, habilidades de negociación, fuerte capacidad creativa, planificada,
organizada, trabajo en equipo y muy buenas habilidades para la comunicación oral y
escrita. Debe tener sentido de la urgencia, proactividad y habilidad para desarrollar personas.
REQUISITOS
- Residencia en la zona a cubrir y conocimiento de la misma (excluyente).
- Preferentemente contar con estudios universitarios.
- Experiencia laboral en conducción de equipos (preferible)
- Manejo de office: Word, Excel. Manejo de Internet.
- Dedicación Full-Time.
