Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Panama City, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest-access areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain required logs and reports, and support a welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
