Job Description:

• Record, maintain purchase & procurement data using SAP tool & MS Excel.
• Punch Purchase order in SAP ERP system & track order status & maintain vendor record.
• Make quotation comparison statement in standard format template & maintain records for same.
• Generate & maintain weekly, monthly procurement report with material delivery tracking & status in MS Excel.
• Handle order processing activities, verification, supplier follow ups tracker.
• Manage email communications with suppliers & internal departments for order processing.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP ERP module for Purchase.
• Data Entry, VLOOKUP, conditioning formatting, formulas, excellent in MS Excel.
• Email communication & reporting

Preferred Qualification:

• B.com/ITI with computer knowledge must with 2 years of experience.
