The Key Purpose of this role is to lead and manage the BU South corporate digital ecosystem, delivering audience-led, always-on storytelling that strengthens the company's digital presence and supports Corporate Affairs objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the annual digital, audience and content strategy.
Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline.
Own and manage the corporate website and social media channels.
Maintain publishing standards, moderation processes, and governance compliance.
Lead content planning, briefing, production, approvals, and publishing across multiple formats.
Develop and execute campaign digital and paid amplification plans.
Manage digital performance through KPI tracking, analytics, and optimization initiatives.
Oversee budget, paid media, and agency performance.
Develop executive and market toolkits and support executive social positioning and content plans.
Produce monthly dashboards and campaign learning reports

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or Media.
At least five years in digital or corporate communications.
Website, social, content and analytics experience.
Strong writing, editorial and project leadership.
Paid media, agency and stakeholder management preferred.
Strategic, collaborative, commercial and agile.
