Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor of Therapy Services, you will provide expert leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care and optimal patient outcomes within our outpatient settings.
Every day you will expertly manage daily operations, lead and mentor a team of therapists, optimize patient scheduling and workflow, and meticulously maintain clinical standards and regulatory compliance to enhance patient recovery and satisfaction.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding clinical knowledge in therapy, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, patient-centered demeanor, contributing significantly to effective rehabilitation and the well-being of our patients.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and managing staff compliance with training, attendance, and professional standards.
- Manage daily patient scheduling, staff productivity, and resource allocation to ensure department efficiency and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular chart audits and monitor documentation to ensure adherence to state, federal, and Joint Commission regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between therapists, physicians, and other departments to facilitate care and resolve patient-centered issues.
- Track departmental metrics, patient outcomes, and survey feedback to develop action plans that improve service quality and overall satisfaction.
- Promote existing rehab programs, assist in the development of new service lines to meet community needs, and provide direct patient care when necessary.
Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- Oregon Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist License
- Five (5) years experience in a broad based rehabilitation facility with the most recent year being at AIM Therapies
- Two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience
- AHA BLS
