Teaching AssistantsBS13Full-Time and Part-Time SEN Support Term 1 Start A wonderful Primary School in the BS13 area of South Bristol are currently seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to work 1 to 1 with some SEN pupils across the school in the new academic year. The Role These roles start at the beginning of Term 1 and can be full-time or part-time positions. Working across different year groups you may have the opportunity to work within your preferred year group. You will be working closely with the Class Teachers and SENCO to understand the needs and EHCPs for your 1 to 1 student, knowing how best to support them, building strong relationships and using your initiative to adapt lessons and environments. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to assess children' s development. Have prior experience working with children or in a school environmentOpportunity to work 1:1 with SEND children. Use your knowledge and relationship to understand what the child may needSupport with emotional and social development.
