LANGER’S ARCADE AND ATTRACTIONS TEAM

Langer’s is looking for team members who love to have fun at work while learning new job skills. Our Arcade and Attractions Team are here to guide our guests through an unforgettable experience at the Oregon FUNtier.

If you’ve never been to Langer’s, please come see what the talk is about! We are a two-story entertainment center with unique attractions including Laser Tag, Rock-Climbing Wall, Arcade and Redemption Center, Bowling Lanes, and Timber Town Kids Play Structure.

First timers and experienced family entertainment associates are invited to apply. We are a team of 100+ and we want to work with you!

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• Our team members start at 16.80/hour. This is not a food service position and is not eligible for tips, but is eligible for event service charge.
• All Langer's team members are eligible to participate in the employee discount plan featuring deals on food and attractions.
• Team members that regularly work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible to participate in Langer's benefits plans.
• Langer's is proud to offer tuition reimbursement of up to $5250 per year for qualified team members 

QUALIFICATIONS:

All Langer’s Team Members must be 16 or older.

Previous experience working in hospitality or family entertainment is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All team members complete a variety of comprehensive training programs provided by our trainers and leadership team.

• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and time management
• Ability to effectively communicate with all 100+ Langer's team members.
• An Oregon food handler permit is required.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a member of our Arcade and Attractions Team, you will be interacting with our guests at the various attractions

• Bowling Kiosk
  • Process payment, issue shoes, address problems with lanes
  • Learn and operate software specific to our bowling lanes
• Laser Tag
  • Conduct safety orientation, teach guests how to operate equipment
  • Monitor gameplay for safety violations
• Arcade and Redemption Center
  • Process transactions by ringing up prizes and deducting value from the guest’s fun card
  • Stock shelves with prizes
• Rock climbing wall
  • Ensure that guests have a wrist band
  • Show guests how to wear gear properly
• Timber Town (Toddler Soft Play Area)
  • Make sure all children entering Timber Town have a wrist band
  • Monitor children for unsafe play behaviors
