Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships EnablementJob DescriptionThe Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement is responsible for supporting Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through operational execution, strategic initiative delivery, governance activities, process improvement, partner program administration, and cross-functional coordination.
The role works across multiple functions, including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations, to support business initiatives, enable partnership growth, and contribute to the execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will support business analysis, partner program management, sales enablement, operational governance, and process optimization activities while contributing to initiatives that enhance Mastercard's channel sales and partnership capabilities. The role also supports partnership sales activities by enabling effective partner engagement, operational execution, and scalable go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of strategic channel sales and partnership initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations to execute business priorities, operational improvements, commercial programs, and scalable partnership solutions
• Execute partner program activities, including program administration, governance processes, operational controls, partner engagement, reporting, and initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and scalability
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business initiatives, commercial strategies, pricing approaches, process improvements, and operational enhancements that support channel growth and partnership expansion
• Support deal execution, sales enablement, and partner lifecycle activities by coordinating operational processes, approvals, onboarding, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Gather and analyze business requirements, develop reporting and insights, maintain documentation, and support the implementation of system enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives

Experience & Skills Needed
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Technology, Operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated analytical, project coordination, operational, or business-related skills through work experience, internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze information and develop clear reports, presentations, and documentation
• Ability to organize and interpret data, manage documentation, and quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes; experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is advantageous but not required
