Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing administrative operations and supporting business management functions for the Chair, Executive Vice Chair and Vice President of MGB Radiology. This role partners with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to ensure business services enable patient care, workforce effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. Overseeing business services functions, drives operational excellence, and ensures services are aligned with the organization's mission, values, and patient‑centered care model.This role ensures efficient processes, manages resources and provides critical support for leadership to enhance organizational and departmental productivity and operational effectiveness.

Essential Functions
- Develops and implements administrative processes to optimize workflows, projects and resource allocation.
- Supports financial and budget management initiatives, monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with department goals.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of projects.
- Prepares reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implements best practices in, including, but not limited to, records management, project management, efficient document management for version control, confidential input/review/distribution/submission/filing, etc.
- Serves as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Assists in coordinating special projects and events as needed, managing resources and timelines effectively.
- Lead development and management of operating and capital budgets for business services functions and identify opportunities for cost containment, expense reduction, and operational efficiencies without compromising quality or patient safety.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration but others will be considered

- Experience in administrative or business management 5-7 years required and Experience within a healthcare or corporate environment 3-5 years preferred

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Analytical skills for budget management, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
