Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: 6th October City, Cairo
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR administration, employee records management, and compliance activities. This role ensures accurate HR data, efficient onboarding processes, and timely execution of employee lifecycle activities. The position partners with employees, managers, and external providers to deliver effective HR operational support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR system data accuracy
- Manage employee files, documentation, and HR records audits
- Coordinate onboarding activities, contract administration, and renewals
- Track disciplinary records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Administer medical insurance enrollments, reimbursements, and renewals
- Support social insurance, labor office, and statutory documentation processes
- Prepare standard HR letters and employment-related documents
- Generate monthly HR reports and follow up on data accuracy with departments
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and employee documentation processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Authorization to work in the applicable location and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with HRIS and attendance management systems
- Experience coordinating medical insurance and employee benefits administration
- Knowledge of social insurance and labor office processes
- Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
