Job Description Summary

Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an exceptional Partner to join its Asset Services leadership team in London. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for overseeing a strategically important client relationship and a significant real estate portfolio valued at approximately £1bn AUM. Reporting to the Head of London and Regions, the successful candidate will combine deep property management expertise with strong commercial acumen, providing strategic direction, fostering client partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

As a senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Asset Services business, contributing to operational excellence, talent development, new business generation, and cross-functional collaboration across the wider organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assume overall accountability for the successful delivery of property management services across a major client portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and ambassador for the business.

  • Lead business performance, ensuring delivery against financial, operational, and client service objectives.

  • Identify and secure growth opportunities through business development, cross-selling, and collaboration with colleagues across service lines and geographies.

  • Provide strategic leadership on complex real estate matters, using market insight and commercial judgement to support decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

  • Contribute to the leadership and development of the wider London Property Management team.

  • Support business growth through networking, client engagement, pitch preparation, and presentation delivery.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, creating an inclusive culture that promotes engagement, performance, and career development.

  • Champion organisational values, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the business.

Key Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in commercial property management across the full real estate lifecycle, including development, mobilisation, fit-out, and operational management.

  • Proven expertise managing complex mixed-use developments and large-scale office assets.

  • Strong track record of delivering value-add initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience leading client relationships at a senior level and delivering exceptional service in a professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue, improving profitability, and achieving strategic business objectives.

  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams through periods of change and growth.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience in Real Estate, Property, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.

  • Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development and industry best practice.

  • Extensive knowledge of the UK commercial property market and property management sector.

This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership position within one of the world's leading commercial real estate services firms. If you are a commercially driven property leader with a passion for client excellence, team development, and business growth, we would love to hear from you.

At Cushman & Wakefield, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from talented individuals of all backgrounds and experiences and are dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all.
