Job Description
Job Summary**
The Manager CRM, GA is responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of CRM initiatives across Becton Dickinson's General Asia (GA) region, ensuring alignment with global standards and local business needs.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the regional CRM strategy, roadmaps, and initiatives in close collaboration with sales, marketing, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) across the GA region, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user adoption.
* Drive system transformation, harmonization and new initiatives across SFDC and integrated business platforms.
* Define and monitor key CRM metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities, best practices, and new features to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
* Act as the primary liaison between regional business units and global IT/CRM teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring effective communication.
* Identify and evaluate new CRM technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Manage project timelines and resources for CRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope and objectives.
* Own change request governance including intake, prioritization, impact assessment, stakeholder alignment, approval processes and delivery oversight for CRM system.
* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the GA region regarding CRM utilization.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in CRM strategy, implementation, and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Proven expertise with major CRM platforms - Administrator or Consultant certifications highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes within a B2B environment, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage complex CRM projects from conception to completion.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different cultures.
* Experience working in a multinational corporation with a matrix organizational structure.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
* Ability to travel regionally as required.
