This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Sales Support: You will work closely with customers, account managers, solution development, business development, and other internal teams to support account managers, enhance client satisfaction and drive order growth within the region.
- Sales Enablement: You will work closely and collaborate with the business development team, sales specialists and account managers to monitor, manage and qualify leads for the region and manage and utilize customer spend trend reports to drive order growth in specific areas of the business and with specific customers.
- Client Management: You will act as a liaison between customers and the organization, ensuring effective communication and addressing general customer inquiries promptly.
- Account Coordination: You will manage daily operations related to customer accounts, including managing renewal contracts, tracking order progress, customer issue resolution and addressing general customer requests.
What We are Looking For:
- BS/BA degree in Business or Marketing and/or 5+ years of successful experience in complex, highly technical solution to distribution or logistics companies
- Previous selling experience preferred. Must be able to communicate and negotiate up to a C-Suite level.
- Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
- Willingness for business travel, up to 50%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Salesforce preferred.
- Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
