Ecom Shift Leader, HCM

1. Quản lý các hoạt động xuất nhập và lưu kho hàng hóa / Inbound, Outbound & Warehousing Operations Management

• Giám sát nhân viên kho thực hiện đúng các quy trình vận hành kho và quy trình E-commerce Fulfillment (Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping và Return Processing).
  Supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with warehouse operating procedures and E-commerce Fulfillment processes (Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Return Processing).
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm đảm bảo tính chính xác của tồn kho, cập nhật dữ liệu trên hệ thống WMS và tối ưu hóa tồn kho.
  Work closely with relevant departments to ensure inventory accuracy, update data in the WMS, and optimize inventory levels.
• Chủ động ngăn ngừa và xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình xuất, nhập, lưu kho và xử lý đơn hàng, đảm bảo đáp ứng SLA các sàn thương mại điện tử và chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng.
  Proactively prevent and resolve issues arising during inbound, outbound, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform SLAs and customer service quality standards.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận Data và MC kiểm soát hàng hóa hư hỏng, hàng hoàn (Return) và các vấn đề chất lượng phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành.
  Coordinate with the Data and MC teams to control damaged goods, returned goods, and quality issues arising during operations.
• Hoàn thành các báo cáo về hoạt động kho, năng suất vận hành của ca làm việc.
  Prepare reports on warehouse operations and shift productivity.

2. Quản lý nhân viên trong ca làm việc / Shift Employee Management

• Thực hiện phân công, điều phối và giám sát công việc cho toàn bộ nhân viên kho trong ca nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu khách hàng, SLA và kế hoạch xử lý đơn hàng theo từng thời điểm.
  Assign, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse employees during the shift to meet customer requirements, SLAs, and order fulfillment plans based on operational needs.
• Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên về quy trình vận hành, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, an toàn và thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc nhóm.
  Train and guide employees on operating procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements, while promoting teamwork.

3. Trách nhiệm an ninh, an toàn và vệ sinh kho hàng / Warehouse Security, Safety & Housekeeping

• Phân bổ và giám sát công tác vận hành xe nâng và các thiết bị khác.
  Assign and supervise the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Đảm bảo các phương tiện bảo hộ lao động, an ninh và các dụng cụ làm việc luôn sẵn sàng, tất cả nhân viên trong kho sử dụng các trang thiết bị làm việc đúng theo quy định.
  Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE), security measures, and work tools are always available, and that all warehouse employees use equipment properly in accordance with regulations.
• Duy trì tốt công tác vệ sinh hàng hóa, nhà kho, thiết bị đáp ứng cao nhất yêu cầu chất lượng của khách hàng.
  Maintain high standards of cleanliness for goods, warehouse facilities, and equipment to meet customer quality requirements.
• Giám sát công tác bảo dưỡng, bảo vệ, giữ gìn tài sản và việc sử dụng theo quy định.
  Supervise maintenance, protection, and proper use of company assets in accordance with regulations.
