Manufacturing Operator, 1st Shift – Ashland, OH

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland, OH, team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility.  Training will be done for multiple production areas, and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.

You will:

• Support the flow of raw material into product throughout the whole of the manufacturing process.  
• Duties could include material picking, building sub-assemblies, helping on the paint line, among many other entry level duties. You will not have a set duty and could work in any area.
• Use hand tools, scanning tools and Power Industrial Trucks to complete manufacturing tasks.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments
• Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior manufacturing/distribution experience
• Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired)
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Overtime required as needed.
