Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Station Monitor in Manteca, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare-related distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, issue visitor passes as applicable, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while documenting incidents and completing required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
