Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative employees, including receptionists, office assistants, and facility coordinators.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive, professional, and safe work environment.
- Manage administrative workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate facility management, including maintenance requests, vendor contracts, and service schedules.
- Manage office supply inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
- Oversee mail, shipping, and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and delivery.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and event coordination.
- Prepare reports, communications, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Support employee onboarding processes, workstation setups, and office orientation in collaboration with HR.
- Track and reconcile office expenses; assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring responsive and professional communication.
- Promote a positive office culture through engagement, collaboration, and team development initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and standards.
