Location Overview
Join our team in Amanoi. Role
Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and lead the service team to deliver personalized, professional, and memorable guest experiences in accordance with Amanoi service and luxury hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
Conduct team briefings, assign duties, and ensure proper mise-en-place and outlet readiness.
Train, coach, and supervise team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure consistent implementation of the sequence of service and established F&B standards.
Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverages, menus, and resort facilities.
Support the service team during busy periods, keeping guest experience as the priority.
Build positive guest relationships, anticipate needs, and personalize service whenever possible.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Promote and upsell F&B and resort products and services.
Monitor equipment, supplies, breakage, wastage, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Work closely with the Outlet Manager and F&B management to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and professional service standards.
Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Strong guest-service mindset with the ability to handle complaints and special requests confidently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, professional, well-groomed, and able to lead by example.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
