About Goodyear
We’re dedicated to producing, innovating, and servicing the best tires in the world. For over 125 years, Goodyear has led the way in developing smart solutions that shape the future of mobility. Today, we’re one global team united by bold thinking, relentless drive, and a passion to exceed expectations. If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.
Why This Role Matters
As a Manufacturing Finance Intern, you’ll connect Finance with the reality of our manufacturing business, turning data into insights that support better decisions. You’ll learn by doing, collaborate across teams and build confidence in a role where your ideas, questions and perspective matter. It’s a chance to discover your potential, grow your skills and take your first step towards a career in Finance.
What You’ll Do
- Support the team with financial reporting, analysis and planning, gaining practical experience in day-to-day Finance.
- Explore financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Finance colleagues to understand the story behind
the numbers. - Create clear and engaging reports and presentations that turn data into actionable insights.
- Support initiatives that make our processes, reporting and ways of working better.
- Take ownership of selected tasks and projects, with the opportunity to learn, experiment
and grow along the way.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re currently studying or have recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
- You’re curious and analytical, and naturally want to understand how and why things work.
- You enjoy working with numbers but also know that the most interesting part is what
the numbers are telling us. - You’re confident using Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data tools is a plus.
- You’re someone who takes initiative, speaks up and isn’t afraid to ask questions — even when you don’t have the answer yet.
- You’re a collaborative team player with good English communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Note: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
