HomeSecure is looking for a talented Digital Designer & Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong design skills and a passion for creating engaging content that delivers real business results.

You'll take ownership of visual content across digital and print channels while helping shape customer communications through email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns. From creating standout ad creative and video content to building automated customer journeys, you'll play a key role in how customers experience the HomeSecure brand.

This is a full-time permanent role, ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Design & Content Creation

• Create high-impact creative for digital advertising, social media, website content, email campaigns and print collateral.
• Design brochures, leaflets, sales materials and customer communications that align with our brand.
• Produce and edit video content for advertising, website content and customer guides.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop creative assets that drive engagement and lead generation.

Customer Communications

• Design, launch and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Help relaunch and grow our monthly customer newsletter.
• Create and test email creative, including imagery, CTAs, templates and subject lines.
• Work with stakeholders to improve customer communications across email, SMS and WhatsApp.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work across departments to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers including designers, printers and agencies.
• Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our marketing activity.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years' experience in a graphic design, digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong design portfolio with experience across digital and print media.
• Advanced Canva skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and user engagement.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating content for social media channels.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to test new ideas and embrace new technologies, including AI tools.

Nice to Have

• Video production, editing or motion graphics experience.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Gemini, Sora or Shutterstock AI.
