The Opportunity:
Join a high-impact infrastructure engineering team responsible for architecting, securing, and maintaining enterprise-scale Linux environments. Lead modern automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. Drive adoption of modern container orchestration and next-generation Agentic AI tooling to streamline
sysadmin workflows and proactive operations. Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to establish robust CI/CD deployment pipelines and automated platform management. Opportunity for continuous professional growth within a collaborative, forward-thinking technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain high-availability Enterprise Linux servers across production and non-production environments.
- Design, write, test, and maintain robust Ansible playbooks, roles, and automated workflows for
- configuration management and patch automation.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
- platforms.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and
- Ansible Automation Platform / AWX.
- Author modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and automation scripts to provision reproducible
- system architecture.
- Develop Python and Bash automation scripts for monitoring, incident triage, system diagnostics, and
- operational task execution.
- Leverage and integrate Agentic AI assistants and LLM-driven tooling to automate Linux administrative
- tasks, log analysis, and incident resolution.
- Maintain version control hygiene and code collaboration workflows using Git and GitHub (branching
- strategies, PR reviews, automation).
- Implement strict security hardening standards (CIS benchmarks, SELinux, RBAC), patch management,
- and vulnerability remediation.
- Participate in on-call rotation, performance tuning, capacity planning, and comprehensive disaster
- recovery drills.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently hold an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
- Currently a US Citizen
- 5+ years of hands-on Enterprise Linux Administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu Server) in mission-critical environments.
- Extensive experience writing, testing, and deploying Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventory structures at scale.
- Proven experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Docker and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift).
- Strong programming/scripting proficiency with Python and Bash for infrastructure automation and systems tooling.
- Solid experience with Git-based version control workflows and repository management (GitHub, GitLab).
- Hands-on experience building and executing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Ansible Workflows.
- Demonstrated experience defining and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation.
- Practical experience integrating Agentic AI tools / autonomous AI workflows to accelerate Linux administration, diagnostics, and script generation.
Desired:
- Industry certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- (CKA), or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or operational
- chatops platforms.
- Familiarity with centralized observability and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry,
- ELK/OpenSearch).
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking protocols, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS certificate
- lifecycle management, and firewall configuration.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD
