Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Order Fulfillment team. This role works alongside existing Order Fulfillment Specialists and focuses on our eCommerce, Amazon, and B2B channels by ensuring online orders are shipped accurately and on time while providing exceptional shipping-related customer support. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding order placement, shipping status, and return authorizations.
What you'll be doing
- Process, release, and monitor direct-to-consumer orders through to the warehouse by issuing pick tasks and lists to our warehouse and 3PLs; combine and split orders into individual shipments; and create shipping documents.
- Manage the shipping support queue in Zendesk, including order status, tracking, delivery exceptions, address corrections, lost and damaged claims, and return authorizations.
- Prepare and verify international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, EEI/AES filings, bills of lading, and country-of-origin and classification details.
- Support Amazon Seller Central operations, including FBA replenishment shipments, FBM order flow, shipment creation, tracking uploads, and case follow-up.
- Perform B2B order checks, data entry, and fulfillment paperwork while maintaining communication with key accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who are you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling high-volume written customer support.
- Experience with eCommerce order processing and small parcel shipping.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience preparing international shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience with Zendesk or a comparable customer service ticketing platform.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA and FBM).
- Experience creating bills of lading (BOLs).
- Experience with CI and EEI documentation.
- Freight and LTL shipping experience.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is 35,000-40,000 euros annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
