About the Role

As an Order Execution Analyst at FLSmidth, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our commercial teams, supply chain operations, and global customers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring technical and financial accuracy, and driving operational excellence to guarantee on-time delivery and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Management and Customer Service

  • Receive and manage customer requests (RFQs, inquiries, orders).
  • Prepare and send quotes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain direct communication with customers to follow up on orders and resolve doubts.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

2. Order Handling

  • Enter, validate and manage orders in the ERP.
  • Verify trading conditions, prices, lead times and technical configurations.
  • Ensure the correct creation and maintenance of orders throughout their life cycle.
  • Manage modifications, cancellations or adjustments of orders.

3. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain, purchasing and logistics to ensure availability and dispatch of products.
  • Actively monitor orders in process (production, supply, transportation).
  • Identify risks in execution and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with committed dates.

4. Control and Compliance

  • Validate compliance with commercial and financial policies.
  • Ensure correct documentation and traceability of orders.
  • Support in billing processes and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Comply with applicable internal and external regulations.

5. Information Management and Continuous Improvement

  • Keep the status of orders in systems updated.
  • Generate monitoring and performance reports (DIFOT, OTS, response times).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in order execution processes.
  • Contribute to efficiency and automation initiatives.
