Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Handle VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and statutory filings in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with Saudi government portals including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, MISA, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center, and ZATCA.
- Track commercial registrations, employment filings, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
- Support MISA RHQ Program compliance and maintain documentation for government reviews and audits.
- Manage office administration, document control, internal approvals, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with external PROs/consultants when required.
- Provide general administrative and finance support to the KSA office as needed.
- Perform other finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in KSA.
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements and government portals.
- Strong Excel, accounting software, communication, and organizational skills.
