ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Manager, RCM Operations provides operational and client leadership across an assigned portfolio of Infinx Ambulatory accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction. This leader is accountable for translating operational data into action, strengthening client relationships, coordinating effectively across onshore and offshore teams, developing account-level leaders, and driving measurable improvements in quality, productivity, collections, and financial performance. Success in this role requires strong ownership of client outcomes, proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively across a Hybrid delivery model.

What Success Looks Like
- Deliver consistent operational performance, client outcomes, and service delivery across the assigned Ambulatory portfolio
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, structured governance, and timely issue resolution
- Lead data-driven monthly and quarterly client performance reviews, with clear actions, owners, and follow-through
- Maintain visibility into KPIs, AR performance, collections, denials, productivity, quality, and client-specific service expectations
- Partner effectively with offshore leadership to ensure production performance, client priorities, and operational dependencies remain aligned
- Ensure client concerns and operational issues are translated into root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable preventive controls
- Optimize staffing, workload distribution, capacity, and resource utilization to support operational efficiency and gross margin
- Develop account-level SPOCs and emerging leaders through coaching, delegation, accountability, and succession planning
- Identify client improvement and account-growth opportunities through deeper understanding of client needs and operational performance
- Accountable for the end-to-end client outcome regardless of where the underlying work is performed, ensuring onshore and offshore teams operate as one integrated Infinx delivery organization
- Own operational performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery across an assigned portfolio of Ambulatory RCM accounts
- Serve as a senior operational point of accountability for client relationships, escalations, and performance improvement
- Lead recurring client governance, including monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and operational performance discussions
- Ensure monthly performance packages provide meaningful visibility into KPI trends, AR performance, collections, denials, operational risks, dependencies, and corrective actions
- Partner closely with offshore operations leadership to ensure production activities are aligned with client requirements, service expectations, and documented workflows
- Maintain clear accountability across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clients experience a seamless Infinx operating model
- Drive timely resolution of operational queries, workflow dependencies, state tags, client-specific requirements, and escalations
- Perform root-cause analysis on performance issues and client concerns and implement measurable corrective and preventive action plans
- Monitor operational and financial performance to identify opportunities to improve productivity, capacity utilization, service quality, and gross margin
- Lead workforce planning, workload forecasting, staffing optimization, and resource deployment across assigned account
- Develop and maintain strong operational controls, standard operating procedures, quality expectations, and client-specific documentation
- Coach and develop account-level SPOCs, team leads, and managers, creating stronger leadership depth and succession capability
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and other operational teams as required
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through improved performance, deeper client engagement, and identification of additional service needs
- Provide concise executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, corrective actions, staffing, and client health
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Significant healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations experience, preferably within physician or Ambulatory RCM
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or complex operational portfolios
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, and escalation-management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Strong analytical capability, including KPI analysis, AR trends, collections performance, denial trends, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and workforce forecasting
- Ability to translate operational data into clear recommendations, corrective actions, and measurable business outcomes
- Experience preparing and leading client performance reviews and executive-level operational reporting
- Strong understanding of workforce optimization, productivity management, quality management, and operational controls
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
