You are determined to be a better version of yourself tomorrow than you were today. There is always room to improve and be an even better version of yourself tomorrow. Not just for your own personal growth but for the growth of the company as a whole so that we can have the biggest impact possible and leave the world a little better than we found it.
Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally.
Not simply doing good clinical dentistry. Our tagline, "Be Well," embodies the fact that health is just the absence of disease. Wellness is about quality of life. Every day we help our patients Be Well through a coordinated team effort that includes every member of the team and every patient interaction.
