- Ensure high quality design, development, and support of technical solutions that meet stakeholder satisfaction and align with project goals.
- Lead the technical response for high-severity (L3/L4) incidents and system outages. Act as the primary coordinator across global stakeholders, infrastructure, and relevant teams to drive rapid resolution and deliver comprehensive Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
- Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies into operations. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted tools to automate routine diagnostics, optimize workflows, and build future-oriented operational capabilities.
- Actively participate in estimation, code reviews, technical design discussions, and related engineering activities.
- Act as a technical mentor and role model for mid-level, junior, and assistant engineers. Lead code reviews, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and guide the team in advanced debugging techniques and system architecture best practices.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and development practices.
