How you’ll make an impact
1. You will provide first and second-level technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices), software (operating systems, productivity suites, specialized applications), and network connectivity issues.
2.You will diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, either remotely or in-person, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
3. You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software for new and existing employees.
4. You will perform routine preventative maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
5. You will assist with user account management, including password resets, account creation, and permission adjustments.
6. You will support audio/visual equipment in meeting rooms and conference facilities.
7. You will document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the IT service management system.
8. You will conduct user training sessions on basic IT tools and best practices.
9. You will collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to implement and maintain IT policies and standards.
10. You will participate in IT projects as assigned, including hardware rollouts, software upgrades, and office moves.
11. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in an onsite corporate environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
6. Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
9. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
