Description
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Docker
Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Warszawa, Gliwice, Kraków, Wrocław) ·
Contract: B2B / employment contract
We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our product team. You'll work in TypeScript across the whole stack — React/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js/Nest.js on the backend — building well-designed, user-centered products, not just tickets. We're especially excited to meet people who are into AI, whether you've already used it hands-on in your daily dev work or you're simply curious to explore it with us.
Boldare is an Agile-powered company with nearly two decades of international experience in product development and consulting. Since 2004 we've built over 300 digital products for clients across Western and Northern Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, with talent spread across Europe.
🚀 Tech requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience building web applications in TypeScript (you'll be working in TS day-to-day, so solid JavaScript fundamentals are assumed)
- Commercial experience with React (Next.js a plus)
- Commercial experience with Node.js (Nest.js a plus)
- Experience with a React component library — MUI, Ant Design, Mantine, Tailwind UI, or Shadcn
- Experience with an ORM — TypeORM or Prisma
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience writing automated tests
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Git and branching models
- Fluency in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+)
- Experience with, or genuine curiosity about, AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, LLM-assisted coding) — we want people who are curious how AI can speed up and improve how we build products
🚀 Nice to have
- React Native (if you've shipped a mobile app, that's a bonus — it's not a requirement for this role)
- Understanding of design patterns relevant to API-driven apps
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferably)
- Experience with CI (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience with cloud, AWS preferably
- Interest in application and system architecture
🚀 What the role means
- Becoming part of #BoldareTeam — a community of open-minded product builders who share knowledge and best practices
- Developing complex products end-to-end (we're not code monkeys!) — you propose outcomes, not just implement them
- Direct impact on product & tech stack — our scrum teams own their technical decisions, and we trust your recommendations
- Agile, Scrum, and lean startup aren't buzzwords here — iterative product delivery is the standard
- Transparency and feedback — full access to knowledge bases, project data, metrics, and even financial data; communication happens in open channels
- Clients as partners, not principals-through-proxies — your team talks directly with the client, no waiting on relayed answers
- Regular face-to-face meetings with clients and team — cadence varies by project (monthly to twice a year), but everyone participates in onsite meetings
🚀 What we offer
- Unlimited AI tokens — no caps. Use Claude, Copilot, or your tool of choice as much as you need
- Regular internal & external knowledge-sharing (Tech Talks, Product Development Chapters, webinars, team-building events)
- Development budget for every team
- Flexible working hours (with core hours)
- Remote or hybrid work — teams meet regularly at our Warszawa, Gliwice, Kraków, or Wrocław offices; office cadence depends on the role (weekly to quarterly)
- Choice of employment contract or B2B
- Preferential rates on Multisport & Lux Med cards
